I make sequential illustrations, spanning from children's book illustrations to graphic novels. What I’m always going for is the art you would find in the picture book that you were obsessed with as a child, that you lost one day and could never find again. I try to keep it whimsical and fun. Even when I’m not the writer of the story I’m helping to tell, I bring a lot of humor and magic to the page.

I want to make people feel understood - to take them out of a world where they feel they don’t belong and show them a world where they do. This world can be cruel, especially when you’re different. For me, when things have gotten too hard, art has always been what’s kept me going. I want to provide that for others.
